  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Time

We aim to deliver your order within 6–10 business days once it has been processed. 

Please note: unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

💨 Fast Delivery Options

We offer priority shipping in selected regions.
Priority orders are delivered 2–6 business days faster than standard delivery.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: FREE on all orders.
  • Express / priority shipping: additional fee, calculated at checkout based on location.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Customs fees, duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped. you. will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 48 hours to appear in the system.

🏛️ Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may incur import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing an order.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or missing:

  1. Contact the courier using your tracking number.

  2. If the issue is not resolved, contact our support team at nexocomfort@gmail.com.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

📬 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

  • If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.
    We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
  • Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

🔄 Returns Due to Failed Delivery

Orders returned to us due to:

  • wrong address
  • unclaimed delivery
  • or refusal by the customer

May incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

We are not liable for orders that are lost, damaged in transit, or delivered to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. 
However, we will always do our best to help. If an issue arises with your delivery, we will carefully review the situation and conduct an investigation. We will work with our shipping partners and use all available resources to help ensure your package reaches you.
